These Terms of Service govern your use of sharey, a service provided by TNT Ventures GmbH, Venloer Str. 240, 50823 Köln, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”).

To use sharey, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Service Description

sharey is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows you to generate, schedule, and publish content across social media channels.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse the service for spam, harassment, or illegal content
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create or upload. By using sharey, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content suggestions generated by AI are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNT Ventures GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of sharey.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to sharey will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Köln shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service at least 30 days before taking effect.
